On Sunday I was a speaker at CARP’s Panache on Parade – a fundraiser raising money for the White Rock Fire Fighters Charity Association All Abilities Park!
It was a very fun event – especially with our local MLAs acting as models – MLAs Peter Fassbender, Marvin Hunt and Gordon Hogg were among them.
I was honored to speak alongside Shoshana, Myra, and MLA Stephanie Cadieux.
Shoshana shared her love of running and how being legally blind is in no way stopping her! What an incredible story Shoshana!
Myra is one of the organizers of the event, her son inspired her to help with the park as he is a Firefighter. Have little ones? Check out Myra’s Princess Party which raises funds for the All Abilities Park! They can be found on Facebook !
